Bruce Springsteen hat jüngst mit „Sunday Love“ einen weiteren Vorboten auf das Boxset „Tracks II: The Lost Albums“ veröffentlicht. Der Track ist Teil des bis dato unveröffentlichten Albums „TWILIGHT HOURS“, auf dem 11 weitere Tracks zu finden sind.
In der Presse-Info äußert sich Bruce Springsteen folgendermaßen über das Album „Twilight Hours“:
“At one time it was either a double record [with “Western Stars”] or they were part of the same record, I love Burt Bacharach and I love those kinds of songs and those kinds of songwriters. I took a swing at it because the chordal structures and everything are much more complicated, which was fun for me to pull off. All this stuff could have come right off of those sixties albums.”
Der Longplayer, dessen Tracks von Bruce Springsteen als “romantic, lost-in-the-city songs” beschrieben werden, wurde con keinem Geringeren als Ron Aniello produziert.
