Giant Rooks – “Rookery Live Tapes“ (+ Video)
Im August letzten Jahres veröffentlichte die hoffnungsvolle Indie Pop-Band Giant Rooks ihr Debüt-Album “Rookery“, welches die Top5 der offiziellen deutschen Longplay-Charts enterte.
Nun kündigt das Quintett den Release einer Live-EP unter dem Titel “Rookery Live Tapes“ an, welche am 18. Juni 2021 erscheinen wird und insgesamt 10 zehn Songs beinhalten wird.
Songs wie “Wild Stare“, “What I Know Is All Quicksand“, “All We Are“, “Bright Lies“ oder “Heat Up“ werden darauf in abgespeckten Versionen präsentiert, welche im Rahmen der aufgrund der Corona-Pandemie virtuell stattgefundenen “Bedroom Tour“ entstanden sind.
Die auf 1000 Stück limitierte Erstauflage der EP kann man übrigens im Band-Shop als Coloured 180g LP erwerben.
